PROTECT YOU WORK!
HERE's HOW...

Picture this scenarion:
You have worked SO hard on your latest Flash
game. It took weeks to think out the code,
make the graphics and the sound. You publish
it to a .swf file and post it to newgrounds.com
You let people download it and check it out.
Little do you know, they can import YOUR
game into Flash and disect and steal every
graphics in your game! Even swop your name
with theirs, as if it was their movie!

NEXT ->

You CAN prevent this!
Open your .fla file and go to File > Publish
Settings and click on the Flash tab.
Check the Protect from Import box and enter a
password in the password box.
Remember to not make your password a word
that can easily be guessed. Use a "trash"
password like "ty_Y67bfG". Alternativly, leave
the password area blank. This will prevent
importing the file altogether.

When they try to import your movie now,
they will receive this warning:

If you entered a password, a box will pop up
requesting the password.
