Sebuah kelab berdaftar dibawah Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan pada 17 Mei 2012 dengan No. Pendaftaran PPM-014-10-17052012. Dikenali dengan panggilan FLOC atau FL OWNER CLUB. Kelab ini terdiri daripada semua lapisan masyarakat dan bangsa. Tak kira walaupan berlainan agama dan kepercayaan tetapi semua ahli mempunyai objektif, visi dan misi yang sama. Ahli kelab mengambil positif semua aktiviti yang diadakan tanpa mengira saiznya. Mempunyai jawatankuasa yang merancang segala aktiviti yang dijalankan. Kelab ini terbuka kepada semua golongan dengan memenuhi dan memahami syarat-syarat yang telah di tentukan oleh kelab. Bahagian urusetia kelab mengalu-alukan ahli berhubung dan bertukar-tukar pendapat mengenai topik permotoran dan berbincang mengenai hal ehwal terkini permotoran dari serata dunia. Kami menggalakkan ahli kelab untuk terus melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti yang diadakan bagi memperluaskan dan menaikan semangat setiakawan di kalangan ahli. Perjuangan kelab ini masih berterusan dan FLOC akan terus berusaha bagi menaikkan dan memartabatkan Kereta Nasional Malaysia iaitu Kereta Proton Saga FL. |

Setelah perbincangan dengan semua pengurusan AJK tertinggi FLOC M. Sebulat suara bersetuju untuk mengeluarkan peruntukan membeli bendera kecil jalur gemilang (Stick Flag). Dan akan diberikan secara percuma kepada krew yang menyertai TT Jalur Gemilang di State masing2. Jadi kerjasama dari setiap RL/SL/ASL amat diharapkan untuk memenuhi ruang dibawah.Seperti yg smua sedia mklum FLOC M memberi Mandat kpd stiap State utk mngadakan TT Jalur Gemilang.
