Living the fat life

Welcome to the sleepy town of
Sommerville. It's a pleasant place
to live and the people here are
generally very happy and content.

However one growing concern is the
increasingly high level of obesity
amongst the towns population. It is
already one of the fattest in the U.S.

It seems like the people here are
really enjoying the good life, and
the results are clearly showing on
their ever fattening waistlines.

Helen is one such resident who just
can't seem to keep her weight down.
She loves her food far too much and
takes little or no exercise.

She lives here, in a convenient
location in the center of town, but
it's temptingly close to many cafes,
restaurants and food stores.

Zzzzz

It's 10am on a Saturday morning and
Helen is still in bed, sleeping off a
large meal that she ate the night
before.

She'd spent the evening entertaining
her best friend Alice and husband
Paul. They'd all over endulged,
consuming a huge three course meal.

Hmmm, what a wonderful
dream. It's made me
feel quite hungry.

I really fancy a large
fried breakfast, trouble
is I'm just getting so
fat.

Oh dear, I feel out of
breath just walking to
the bathroom.

I feel so heavy these
days. I'm sure I must
have gained some weight.

Wow, 357lbs. That's a
gain of 6lbs in the past
week!

'Sigh' I'll never find a
boyfriend at this weight.
I'm just so grossly fat!

Despite having put on 6lbs in the past
week, Helen can't help sitting down
to the extra large breakfast she'd
been looking forward to.

She eats and eats, filling her fat belly
in the way she is accustomed to. She
knows it will make her still fatter,
but for now it just tastes too good.

Mmmm, this breakfast
tastes absolutely
delicious!

Ding, Ding, Dong

Oh! My mobile
phone's ringing.

Hello?

Oh hello dear, it's your
mother...

Hey Mom.

I was wondering if you'd
like to come over for dinner
tonight, there's someone
I'd like you to meet.

Do you remember little
Winston who used to live
next door when you were
kids...

Aww, not that
little brat!

Well he's not so little
anymore. He's a nice young
man and he's very keen to
meet you.

Oh my Mother!
Winston of all people!
But still, I may as
well go as sit here
tonight.

Later that evening at her mother's

It's been a long time.

Wow! What
a beautifully
fat man.

Hi Helen. It's really
nice to see you again.

Mmm, she's
gained a lot of
weight.
