Lonliness...
It cannot be denied

To have your love by your side.

You know I waited for you nonstop….in a tree.
We all waited…waited for something we didn't
know. We just had a feeling we were suppose to wait
for something. We waited for hours. We all got bored
just sitting there and looking up at the sky waiting for
something to happen, so they began to play little games in
the area. I didn't ever wanna play. I stayed up in a tree like
some bird, getting the highest view I could get and I watched
the sky all day. I watched the white things float in the sky,
wondering if what I was waiting for was hiding in them.
We waited for years. One after the other fluidly and I thought
to myself the whole time. Wondering, Dreaming, Questioning….
I was as stuck in all these thoughts as much as I was stuck in the
tree….as much as I was stuck in my egg years ago.

I remember the EXACT PIN-POINT moment I
saw you. I undoubtedly knew who you were…..
There were no more questions. I saw you down on
the grass ground, and something had shot right through
me, paralyzing me. I couldn't move, my nerves all tingled.
And the world must've felt your presence as strong as I did
because everything….all time seemed to just stop….I let all
those years pass me buy and it all was being interrupted by
this creature… I felt shocked….scared….nervous….bliss and
joy. I was ecstatic! I didn't know what to do first! I
literally couldn't move, unsure of how to approach
it all. I sat there and let my eyes savor you.
For once, my body felt warm and fresh.

There's something about you….You were
looking around confused and didn't see me
at first, but already it felt like your hand was
on me. Without an ounce of doubt, it was you.
I knew it…for the first time in my life, I was
SURE of my own judgment......My partner.
And over and over, you surprise me…
make me surprised in myself. I had some
hole in my soul, in some weird shape and
could never find anything that would fit into
it. That hole's been filled and sealed.

Damnit, Matt!...I feel selfish
now because of you. You've given me
everything! You make someone as worthless
as I am and somehow make me feel so important!
So damn special! How the Hell do you do it?! I know
I'm not exactly someone who every body enjoys being
with, but you….Whenever I'm just NEAR you, They don't
even matter anymore! It's all you! It's all about you!
When I'm with you….I feel like the luckiest someone in
the Universe! I mean to have someone who would rather be
with ME than with others??!! I didn't even know that made
sense! Why not? They're all cooler than I am….I still can;'t
get over it. You'd willingly give up spending time with anybody
just to be with me and you'd love it as much as I…..love you……
heh…We could do the most BORING thing ever together
and we'd both love it together.

Sitting across from eachother, nothing
would battle us, not time or worries. I'd
look into your eyes….you'd look into mine.
And….I Could just..FEEL you….Oh damnit, and
I know you're real! You're real and so am I…. I don't
deserve you at all, I know it. Out of all the wrong things I've
done; beat myself up….shut everybody else out even when they
tried to help….I don't know what it is, but I must've done at
least one thing good in my life to deserve you. When I'm with
you, Nothing else really matters and I'm loving each frame of
life. When I'm not with you, I'm sorta lost
….just looking for you….
.and you're the same. I know it! You've never exactly spoken
the words to me cause I know how you are. I'm the same
way. But ….eh, I just can't stop thinking about it,
I can't stop thinking about you! Digivolving doesn't
even compare to how powerful I feel when I'm just me,
sitting by your side at night, with the TV on….having
trouble staying awake…my head on your side and
your hand on mine holding me close….O and it
means you want me near…you WANT…ME with
you!! Oh if I Could I'd scream right now,
I miss you so damn frickin' much!

You know, I've changed. I've
grown, even if it doesn't seem like
it on my outside. I mean, can you feel
me!? Can you feel me now?! I'm stronger! I am!
Oh how strong I've gotten! Nothing can stop me now!
Because I know! I don't need anykind of reminders,
I know you…my partner. NOTHING can stop us! Nothing
can affect me when you're with me! Nothing can hurt me just
as lon--…. nothing can hurt me but you.

But don't worry, I know you
don't do it on purpose. You've jut
been busy lately, that's all. I don't blame
you, you've got a new band and all and you're
real good too!....such a beautiful voice…you're
so full of beauty, Matt. I remember the first night
I slept at your house…..heh, I shiver just remembering
it….I Could cry……It was night…everything silent but
your heart pounding softly with mine. I layed on the cushions
that felt like air and you leaned over me close, your breath
brushing against my cheek. And whispered into my ears. I closed
my eyes, so sleepy and blissfully exhausted……then you began.
You sung to me….You hummed a beautiful lullaby into my
ear and set your hand on my shoulder. And we just lay there….
the only thing heard now was your lullaby. I curled up against you,
and I fell asleep with your lullaby echoing in my ear.
It rung like a bell.

I hear that song now every time I sleep.
The next day I asked you what the song was…
and you told me you just made it up as you hummed
it for me…..you told me it was MY song…..The next thing
I remember was I ran off into the bathroom and told you
I really had to use it…..I Cried. I Cried my eyes out as softly
as I Could….I didn't really wanna let myself go in front of
Tai and everybody else cause they came over for breakfast. And
you knocked on the bathroom door and you said "It's okay,
Gabumon….don't ever worry."
I waited in that tree for years. I didn't know what
I was waiting for but….I'd easily wait another 5000
years just to be with you.

Heh, like I Said, I'm always last...
But you're worth it, you give me…
joy....pain….desire….sadness….memories………….
love, you give me….everything...I feel selfish now because
of you….I can't promise you everything, but I CAN promise
you MY everything. Because when I saw you....that's when
I hatched from my egg....
